Learn how to use AI to increase efficiency, reduce cognitive load and create capacity in a demanding work life.
This hands-on session shows how simple AI habits can remove low-value work, protect focus time and improve output without increasing workload intensity.

You will work practically with AI tools to solve real business problems, guided by experts. The session combines cutting-edge research, inspirational leadership perspectives and concrete applications and use cases you can use immediately.
You leave with practical workflows and guidance for how to set up a personal AI setup that helps you work smarter from day one.

​For the workshop, participants should bring a computer. If possible, please have downloaded Claude Co-worker in advance on a private or company computer.
If this is not possible, an alternative exercise will be provided - also on computer. ​
