FLA Leadership is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through workshops, networking, and practical leadership development. Each semester, 35 participants are selected for the academy, which consists of 6 workshops and provides attendees with valuable tools, insights and connections that support both personal and professional growth.

At this Info Night, you'll gain insight into the FLA Leadership Academy, learn how the programme can strengthen your leadership journey and be inspired by an accomplished business leader.

We are very excited to announce Mai Louise Agerskov, partner at Boyden Denmark and board member of Erhverv Aarhus, C.A.C Fonden, Den Gamle By and several other organisations, as the keynote speaker of our Student Academy Info Night.

With nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience across industries including technology, finance, energy, and innovation, as well as more than 15 years of board experience, Mai Louise brings a unique perspective on leadership, career development, and navigating the opportunities and challenges of today's business world.
